Host a Pink Ribbon Game

Pink Ribbon Games are best celebrated at the biggest game of the season. Choose a game on your schedule that will “Go Pink” and allow your students, rivals and community to show their support for breast cancer awareness and support for the 1 in 8 women who will be diagnosed. We also offer teal games for those wanting to bring awareness to gynecological cancers.

A representative can submit a request online to work with PRG on setting up all the details to host a Pink Ribbon Game. After a date is selected, PRG will supply a link to order a custom game shirt. Shirt orders should be taken about 4 weeks before the big game and then they will be delivered to the school for distribution the week of the game. Order deadlines are typically set 15 days before the event.

Links and a PDF document with a QR code will be shared so that each school can promote the Pink Ribbon Game! Print posters, distribute flyers or send the link in email communications to make sure all students and parents get a chance to participate!

PRE-GAME PLAN

  • Game Poster/Flyer promotes game with QR code to quickly and easily order game shirt (PDF supplied by PRG)

  • Link supplied to contact for email distribution to parents, students, etc.

  • Easy online pre-order of shirts for a few weeks before the event. Order deadline is typically 15 days before the event.

  • Shirts delivered to school for distribution the week of the game.

  • School can order extras to sell at game.
